Four stars because it's mostly good. The selection is pretty decent, and I've found a lot of things to watch that I haven't seen before. The interface is a little clunky sometimes, and navigating can be slow. There have been a couple of instances where the streaming quality was poor, but overall it's been reliable. For the price, it's a pretty good value.
